Pug Pharm has been selected to advance directly to Round 3 of the prestigious New Ventures BC competition.

The NVBC competition takes place over four successive, and increasingly complex, rounds. Competitors are eliminated after each round until only 10 remain in play to win $300,000 in prize packages.

Round 2 consisted of 134 competing companies submitting a five-page response to specific questions about their business ideas. Judges chose Pug Pharm as one of the 16 best ideas to advance to Round 3.

Pug Pharm wins Vancouver Angel Forum Award

Pug Pharm Productions is pleased to announce that it has received the 2010 Vancouver Angel Forum’s TSX award for “Best Presentation”.

Selected out of 53 applicant companies, Pug Pharm was one of 15 companies invited to make a full presentation in front of a dozens of industry experts, venture capitalists, and angel investors.

Pug Pharm also placed third at the event in the category of “Best Pre-Revenue Company.”

Pug Pharm’s presentation featured Snoget.com, an online social discovery platform featuring activities and games that bring social networking to the next level.

Snoget Gets… Gifting!

At long last, Snoget has released v1.0 of integrated item gifting. No longer do you have to keep all of those precious “8 of clubs” to yourself! Send them to your friends, strangers…or your strange friends.

Item gifts can be sent to your in-game friends, or even people without Snoget accounts as an email “e-gift”!

To gift one of your collected items, simply click on the “gifting” tab from within the “i” info page for that particular item. You’ll figure out the rest…
